Board Meetings

The HOA Board meets on the 4th Tuesday of each quarter at 6 PM, but does not meet in December. Homeowners are welcome to attend, stay informed, and participate in discussions about our community.

Thank you to all homeowners who have already paid the 2025 annual dues. If you have not yet done so, please remember to pay your dues, including any overdue payments or late charges from prior years.

You may pay your annual dues by mail or on the Quail Ridge Homeowners' Portal. If you need assistance setting up an online account, please contact secretary@maconquailridgehoa.com. If you have concerns about your statement, please do not hesitate to contact a board member.
