Each person who is a record owner of a fee simple interest in a parcel of property within Quail Ridge Home Owners, Inc. shall be a member of the Quail Ridge Homeowners' Association.
If you are moving or selling your home, please make sure that you or your closing company notifies the QRHA Treasurer, treasurer@maconquailridgehoa.com
, to confirm dues payment and billing address. Failure to do so can result in late payment penalties or property liens on unpaid association dues and balances.

The QRHA Protective Restrictions, Covenants, Limitations, and Easements have been established to keep the property and living standards in our community. By purchasing a home in Quail Ridge and becoming a homeowner in QRHA, you have agreed to abide by the covenants.
Please remember to obtain approval from the Architecture Control Committee before beginning any exterior remodeling projects or additions to your home or landscape, as required by the QRHA covenants.
The Quail Ridge subdivision prohibits the display of signs of any kind, except for “For Sale” signs, and what is outlined in the subdivision’s Protective Restrictions, Covenants, Limitations, and Easements.
