Fire Safety Tips for the Community
Fire Safety Tips for the Community: Test your smoke alarms at least once a month. Replace smoke alarm batteries when they begin chirping or during the time change. Make sure every level of your home has a working smoke alarm, including inside and outside sleeping areas. Replace smoke alarms that are 10 years old or older. Create and practice a home fire escape plan with your family and make sure everyone knows two ways out of every room. Once you get outside during a fire, stay outside and call 911.

Reminder to Remove Holiday Decor
Dear Residents,
We hope you had a joyful and memorable holiday season! As we have moved well into the new year, we’d like to kindly remind everyone that, according to our community guidelines, all holiday decorations should be removed from yards, trees, shrubbery, porches, and exterior areas by 02/10/2026.
This helps keep our neighborhood looking neat, safe, and welcoming for everyone.
We truly appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the beauty of our community.
If you need extra time or assistance with removing decorations, please don’t hesitate to reach out to any one of our Board Members — we’re happy to help where we can.

Neighborhood Watch
Quail Ridge Homeowners Association – Neighborhood Watch Meeting 22, January 2026 6:00pm-7:15pm
The Quail Ridge HOA Neighborhood Watch informational meeting was held to discuss community safety, recent concerns, and ways residents can work together to maintain a secure and welcoming neighborhood.
Attendees reviewed recent activity within the community and shared observations related to traffic, unfamiliar vehicles, and general safety awareness. Residents were reminded of the importance of reporting suspicious activity promptly to local law enforcement rather than confronting individuals directly.
The group discussed preventative measures, including keeping homes and vehicles locked, ensuring exterior lighting is functional, and watching out for neighbors when they are away. The value of clear communication among residents was emphasized, including the use of approved HOA communication channels for sharing safety updates.
Volunteers expressed interest in participating more actively in the Neighborhood Watch program, and the HOA encouraged additional residents to get involved.
The meeting concluded with a shared commitment to remaining vigilant, respectful, and supportive in order to preserve the safety and quality of life within Quail Ridge.wi
We will be announcing our NEXT Neighborhood Watch Meeting soon. We hope to see you all there!

1st Quarter News Letter
As we move through 2025, here are a few updates:
We will have a community yard sale on April 12, 2025, in the pool area. Please let us know if you will be participating. Feel free to invite friends and family who may be vendors as well. If it rains, we will reschedule it to April 19, 2025.
We have started enforcing violations in the community. I recommend reviewing the covenants and bylaws to ensure you are not in violation. If you have any questions, please reach out by email through the portal or by calling the phone number on the website. We will respond as soon as possible and aim to work with you to resolve any issues.
We filled the pool and removed the playground in the fourth quarter of 2024. We will need to replace the playground by March 31, 2025. We have received a few quotes, and the cost seems to be between $15,000 and $20,000. The county only agreed to allow us to fill the pool with the promise of getting a new playground, dog park, and community area. We have until September 30, 2025, to have a dog park. The dog park will be where the pool was, which is why we kept the fence.
Lastly, collections have started, and many homes have had suits and liens issued on their homes. We completed phase 1, which involved homes with balances of $1,000 or more. Our 2nd phase will target homes with balances of over $400 starting April 1, 2025. We would like to resolve the issues without going to collections, but, if necessary, we will. Please work with us on getting caught up on your balance. As you can see, we have a lot going on, and it costs money. Thank you to all who are paying and keeping us going. We welcome questions about how funds are used and where the money is going.
